STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, your payment will be forfeited. This policy applies to all reservations, with no exceptions for weather or boat-related issues.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, your payment will be forfeited. This policy applies to all reservations during holidays and special events (e.g., Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend), with no exceptions for weather or boat-related issues.
